Measures
Patientenarmbänder sowie eine Checkliste zur Vermeidung von Eingriffsverwechslungen für Eingriffe im OP wurden eingeführt. Es werden postoperative Zählkontrollen von Bauchtüchern und Tupfern usw. durchgeführt. Ein risikoadaptiertes MRSA Aufnahmescreening wurde festgelegt und umgesetzt. Es erfolgen Routinekontrollen zur korrekten Händedesinfektion.
