Im GRN-Klinikum Schwetzingen findet regelhaft eine Sitzung der Klinikleitung statt, in der auch die QMB anwesend ist. Für das Gesamtunternehmen relevante QM/RM-Themen werden von dort über den Zentralen Geschäftsbereich in die GF-Sitzung bzw. ein übergeordnetes Gremium gegeben.

Measures
Die QMB fungiert als Vertrauensperson und steht in regelhaftem Austausch mit allen Mitarbeitern bzgl. potentiellen Fehlerquellen. Als anonymes Instrument haben die Mitarbeiter die Möglichkeit, den Beschwerde Briefkasten des Hauses zu nutzen. Ab Frühjahr 2017 steht ein software-gestützes CIRS zur Verfügung stehen (Projekt läuft sei Anfang 2016).
