Das Lenkungsgremium = AG-Risikomanagement, setzt sich aus Mitarbeitern unterschiedlichster Berufsgruppen zusammen. Die Berufsgruppen sind Pflegemitarbeiter, Ärzte, Therapeuten, Hygiene, Mitglieder der MAV und Verwaltung. Die Treffen finden alle 2 Monate und nach Dringlichlichkeit statt.

  • In den GFO Klinik Engelskirchen können IF durch jeden Mitarbeiter einberufen werden. Bei Schadensfällen werden IF durchgeführt. Im Rahmen des AG Lokales Traumazentrum werden regelhaft im Quartal IF durchgeführt M&M Konferenzen werden regelhaft einmal im Quartal in jeder Fachabteilung durchgeführt.
