Der Steuerungskreis QRM setzt sich zusammen aus einem Geschäftsführer, Mitarbeitern des ärztl. Dienstes, Bereichsleitungen der Pflege und den Mitarbeitern des QM. Der Lenkungsausschuss QRM wird durch die Geschäftsführer, den ärztl. Direktor, PD, PDL und QM-Mitarbeiter gebildet.
