Comment:	Diese Ambulanz (Prof. Dr.Thomas Hitschold), ist von der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Ultraschall in der Medizin, Stufe DEGUM II, zertifiziert und damit für die sonografische Fehlbildungsdiagnostik zugelassen. Hier kann auch das kombinierte Ersttrimester-Screening (Nackenfalte, Speziallabor) erfolgen.

Geburtsplanungs-Sprechstunde

Brust-Sprechstunde

Comment:	In dieser Sprechstunde werden im Wesentlichen Ultraschalluntersuchungen und feingewebliche Untersuchungen (Stanz- und Vakuumbiopsien) sowie Zweitbefundungen von Mammographien durchgeführt. Weiterhin werden ggf. erforderliche operative operativer Maßnahmen an der Brust besprochen und geplant.

Harninkontinenz-Sprechstunde

Comment:	Differentialdiagnostische Abklärung von Inkontinenzbeschwerden. Die hierfür notwendigen urodynamischen Untersuchungen erfolgen in enger Kooperation mit der Ambulanz der Urologischen Klinik des Klinikum Worms.

Onkologische Ambulanz

Comment:	Prof. Hitschold ist im Schwerpunkt "Gynäkologische Onkologie" als "Onkologisch verantwortlicher Arzt" von der KV ermächtigt. In der Ambulanten onkologischen Therapieeinheit (AOT) werden ambulante Chemotherapien zur Behandlung von Brustkrebs und anderer gynäkologischer Tumoren durchgeführt.

Dysplasiesprechstunde

Comment:	Im Rahmen des zertifizierten Gynäkologischen Krebszentrums ist auch eine Dysplasiesprechstunde etabliert, in der neben kolposkopischen und zytologischen Untersuchungen auch Immunhistologie und HPV-Diagnostik angeboten werden.

Urogynäkologie

Comment:	TVT, operative Beckenbodenrekonstruktion mit MESH-gestützten Verfahren und Eingriffe der plastischen Beckenbodenchirurgie werden regelmäßig durchgeführt. Es gibt eine Inkontinenzsprechstunde. Mehrere Operateure sind nach AGUB zertifiziert.
