Measures
Die Einrichtung hat die AGA Risk List vollständig umgesetzt. Die Einrichtung verfügt über ein Meldesystem für kritische Ereignisse (CIRS). Es besteht ein Etikettierungssystem, um Verwechslungen von Spritzen zu vermeiden. Es werden Patientenidentifikationsarmbänder verwendet.
