Diese zielen darauf, die Versorgung und Betreuung chronisch Erkrankter zu verbessern. Der Universitätsmedizin Rostock ist im Falle chronischer Erkrankungen ein gut abgestimmtes und kontinuierliches Vorgehen bei der gesundheitlichen Versorgung sehr wichtig, um etwa das Risiko für Komplikationen oder Folgeschäden reduzieren oder vermeiden zu können.

HB03 Physical therapist / physiotherapist (m/f) Es bestehen Kooperationsverträge mit der Beruflichen Schule "Alexander Schmorell" und Medica-Akademie mit entsprechenden Praktikumsplätzen. Darüber hinaus können Einzelverträge für Praktika abgeschlossen werden. Dies erfolgt auf Anfrage und in Abhängigkeit der Auslastung in den einzelnen Bereichen.
HB19 Nursing professionals Die Ausbildung erfolgt in Kooperation mit der Beruflichen Schule "Alexander Schmorell", dort findet der theoretische Teil der Ausbildung statt.
