Measures
Um das Gefährdungspotenzial für Patienten und Mitarbeitende effektiv zu minimieren, wurden eine Vielzahl von Maßnahmen implementiert. Dazu zählen ein zentrales, klinikübergreifendes Risikomanagement durch die SRH Kliniken, die Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits in Zusammenarbeit mit der GRB Risikoberatung, die Einführung von Patientenarmbändern, die konsequente Anwendung von OP-Checklisten sowie regelmäßige Schulungen des Personals.
