Das Qualitätsmanagement der Rottal-Inn Kliniken ist als Stabsstelle dem Vorstand unterstellt. Es erfolgt hier eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen der Rottal-Inn Kliniken. Entscheidungen im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements werden in direkter Absprache mit dem Vorstand getroffen.
