Measures
Jeder Mitarbeiter kann über einen Tool Fehler anonyme melden. Das CIRS-Team (QM-Team und Betriebsrat ggf. Stationsleitung und oder Abteilungsleitung) besprechen die Meldung und ziehen Erkenntnisse. Diese werden im Lenkungskreis der Geschäftsführung vorgestellt. Abgeleitete Maßnahmen können sein: Merkblätter für Patienten, Verfahren zur Patientensicherheit, Dienstanweisungen in relevanten Bereichen, Anpassung von Prozessabläufen etc.
