Im Klinischen Riskokomanagement sind beteiligt: Klin. Risikomanager/in, Ärztlicher Dienst, Pflegedienst, Beschwerdemanagement, Versicherungswesen, ZQM, Hygiene, Apotheke, Einkauf. Monatlich tagt das strateg. Risikomanagement und berichtet 4x/Jahr der Geschäftsführung aus beiden Bereichen.
