Es gibt eine Arbeitsgruppe Fehler- und Risikomanagement, diese trifft sich monatlich und arbeitet an den aktuellen Themen zur Risikominimierung. Zweimal im Jahr findet ein internes Risikoaudit statt.

Measures
Um Fehlern vorzubeugen, besteht die Möglichkeit, Beinahe-Fehler anzuzeigen. In der Abteilung Qualitäts-, Prozess- und Risikomanagement ist auch der Bereich Arzthaftung sowie das Beschwerdemanagement angesiedelt. Außerdem erfolgt regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem Patientenfürsprecher. Sämtliche aus den genannten Bereichen stammenden Fälle werden analysiert und die entsprechenden Maßnahmen abgeleitet.
