Durchführung von Risiko- Kurzaudits (Layered Process Audits) zu 20 Themen der Patientensicherheit. Externe Risikoaudit zu 394 sicherheitsrelevanten Präventionsmaßnahmen, jährliche Selbstbewertung der Umsetzung. In 2020 , 2021, 2022 und 2023 erreichter Sicherheitsindex von > 94%
