Das Direktorium und die Abteilung Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement treffen sich anlassbezogen. Ergänzend finden Bewertungen mit den Patientensicherheitsverantwortlichen statt. Darüber hinaus gibt es 3x/ Jahr ein Treffen der Risikobeauftragten aller (Fach-)Abteilungen.
