Measures
Einführung eines Fehlermeldesystems (CIRS). Das Fehlermeldesystem ist für alle Mitarbeiter zugänglich und einfach zu bewerkstelligen. Die Meldungen können freiwillig, anonym und sanktionsfrei durch die Mitarbeiter erfolgen. Analysen und Präventionsmaßnahmen werden zeitnah abgeleitet und umgesetzt.
