Das DMP-Programm Brustkrebs setzt seinen Schwerpunkt auf die Verbesserung der Betreuung der Patientinnen, von der Diagnose über die einzelnen Therapieschritte bis hin zur psychologischen Betreuung und der Nachsorge. Die notwendigen Behandlungsschritte werden mit dem Gynäkologen und dem Mammazentrum des Klinikums Neubrandenburg koordiniert und aufeinander abgestimmt, inklusive der psychologischen Unterstützungsangebote.
