Die Klinik für Unfallchirurgie, Orthopädie und Handchirurgie ist gemeinsam mit der Geriatrie als AltersTraumaZentrum (DGU) zertifiziert. Nach der Operation erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit die interne Verlegung zur Rehabilitation. Die Fallzahlen beider Abteilungen sind im Zusammenhang zu betrachten.
