Student training (clinical traineeship / internship year)	Das Klinikum ist Akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus der Universität Rostock. Zur praktischen Ausbildung stehen den Student*innen qualifizierte Tutoren zur Seite. In allen Kliniken werden Pflegepraktika und Famulaturen angeboten. Die Teilnahme an internen Fortbildungen ist ebenso möglich.

Der praktische Teil erfolgt im Krankenhaus durch ausgebildete Praxisanleiter*innen sowie in umliegenden Gesundheitseinrichtungen nach Vorgabe des KrPflG. Der theoretische Teil wird in der Beruflichen Schule des Klinikums Güstrow vermittelt.
HB03	Physical therapist / physiotherapist (m/f)	Die 3-jährige theoretische und berufspraktische Ausbildung wird an der staatlichen Beruflichen Schule am KMG Klinikum Güstrow absolviert.
HB07	Surgical technical assistant (m/f)	Die theoretische Ausbildung erfolgt an der Schule für Operationstechnische Assistent*innen am KMG Klinikum Güstrow. Die Praktische Anwendung des Erlernten erfolgt in den KMG Kliniken. Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 3 Jahre.
HB10	Midwife (m/f)	Die Ausbildungsdauer umfasst 3 Jahre. Der theoretische Teil der Ausbildung erfolgt an der Beruflichen Schule „Alexander Schmorell“ in Rostock. Der zur Ausbildung gehörende praktische Teil wird im KMG Klinikum Güstrow absolviert.
